- March 26, 2020: An update to Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled was released, and it includes free Beenox-themed content, five new characters (them being a Lab Assistant, Baby Cortex, Baby N. Tropy, a new Rilla Roo with its face remodeled, & an Iron Checkpoint Crate), new Pit Stop content, and more.
- February 20, 2020: The Gasmoxia Grand Prix for Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled has started, with Emperor Velo XXVII as an unlockable character. The event ended on March 22, 2020.
- January 16, 2020: The Rustland Grand Prix for Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled has started, with Megamix as an unlockable character. The event ended on February 16, 2020.
