Norm is a mime alien from the planet Fenomena, where he is the racing champion. He first appears in Crash Nitro Kart, where he races as one of Emperor Velo's intergalactic champions. Norm is capable of separating a larger counterpart of himself named Big Norm at will.
Characteristic
Norm resembles a mime. His facial features include big ears, a white painted face, white eyeballs with a black iris, a vertical black line painted over each eye, and yellow teeth. Norm wears a black striped white shirt, white gloves, black shoots, a blue beret, a red collar and cuffs and blue pants.
Big Norm is obese. His facial features include red eyes, red circles on the cheeks, and black lips. He wears a red beret, a blue collar and cuffs and dark blue pants.
History
In Crash Nitro Kart, Norm is the third boss, and is raced on the Out of Time track. At first, Norm is reading a book and does not want to race, but when Velo forces Norm to race, he separates Big Norm to race alongside him. Norm tries to win by throwing bubbles, and Big Norm protects him spreading the illusion cubes. When Norm loses the race, Velo punishes him by confiscating all of his books.
Triva
- On the Desert Storm map from Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, two statues with hammers on the edges just like Norm.
