Prior to the events of the game, Uka Uka were a friendly partnership with his older brother Aku Aku until unknowingly he became pure evil wanting to destroy the world and his brother had to lock him up in a temple from third island.[2][3] Uka Uka on his prison gave instructions to the bad intentioned guys that visited his temple and nobody fail to him. [4] With the Dr Cortex and N. Brio's arrival, Uka Uka gave them instructions on how to take over the world.[5]

In third game when a piece of the space station falls into his underground prison, Uka Uka is free where he hire a time traveler called N. Tropy to help Cortex in search from Power Crystals. In the fight involving Crash and Cortex, he and his brother face each other with beam, spinning and a chain reaction.
