Location and uses
Most of the Mammoth's assets could be unlocked during the Back N. Time Grand Prix by filling up the Nitro Gauge and progressing through the tiers. Its paint job, Mammoth Brown, is unlocked upon reaching 11,000 Nitro, the body at 21,000 Nitro, and the wheels at 25,000 Nitro. Extra decals can be unlocked from the Pit Stop or by further completion of the Grand Prix.
The Mammoth is one of the Nitro Gauge rewards of the Back N. Time Grand Prix. It is a primitive-looking kart built out of bones and stone, all bound together with rope. The engine is exposed and adorned with a fossilized seashell and has nitro flowing inside its pipes. Its wheels are cylinders made of stone with a spike in the middle making up the axis. It is covered in patches of dinosaur skin and it has two mammoth tusks on the front, hence its name.

The bones use the primary color of a paint job, the tusks use the secondary color, and the dinosaur skin uses the tertiary color, which with the set's paint job, Mammoth Brown, makes the kart have pale brown bones, beige tusks, and reddish-brown dinosaur skin. The Mammoth Brown paint job also colors kart body decals light blue.

Most of the Mammoth's assets could be unlocked during the Back N. Time Grand Prix by filling up the Nitro Gauge and progressing through the silver and gold tiers. The Mammoth Brown paint job was unlocked upon reaching 11,000 Nitro, the body at 21,000 Nitro, and the wheels at 25,000 Nitro. Extra decals could be unlocked from the Pit Stop or by further completion of said Grand Prix. It later made a reappearance in the Neon Circus Grand Prix as a purchaseable bundle for 4,275 Wumpa Coins. A bundle of decals for its kart body was also introduced in the same tour for 1,125 Wumpa Coins.

*In the icon for the Mammoth Kart Set bundle, the Primal Splash decal is mistakenly colored as a Legendary item.
