In ''[[Crash Nitro Kart]]'', Nash made his first appearance. He is the champion of Barin and the second champion called by Emperor Velo to race against. Nash shows off and responds roughly with Velo. During his boss race, Nash tries to beat the player's racer by throwing dentures and sharp teeth on the track. When Nash is defeated, he acts like a sore loser and demands his key back, but is put to sleep by [[Coco]]. In [[Team Cortex]]’s cutscene, Nash is instead scared off by Velo after asking for his key back.
