Nash is a recurring character in the Crash Bandicoot franchise, first appearing in Crash Nitro Kart as a boss and later in Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled as a playable character. He is a cybernetic shark from the planet Barin and one of Emperor Velo's intergalactic champions. He was engineered to always keep moving and never sleep, but during Team Bandicoot's victory cutscene in Crash Nitro Kart, Coco hacks Nash's brain to make him fall asleep. Nash is a blue bipedal shark with white on his front. His outfit consists of orange briefs, a water tank for life support, a golden helmet, and goggles with water inside them.

Crash Nitro Kart[edit]
In Crash Nitro Kart, Nash made his first appearance. He is the champion of Barin and the second champion called by Emperor Velo to race against. Nash shows off and responds roughly with Velo. During his boss race, Nash tries to beat the player's racer by throwing dentures and sharp teeth on the track. When Nash is defeated by Team Bandicoot, he acts like a sore loser and demands his key back, but is put to sleep by Coco. When defeated by Team Cortex, Nash is instead scared off by Velo after asking for his key back.
In the Game Boy Advance and N-Gage releases, Nash is a playable character and can be unlocked by beating him in Adventure Mode.
Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled[edit]
In Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, Nash is an unlockable character in the Pit Stop and costs 1,500 Wumpa Coins. He has two Legendary skins: Cannonball Nash and Arctic Nash, which appear in the Neon Circus Grand Prix and Winter Festival Grand Prix respectively.
