Species Robot

Geary is a recurring character in the Crash Bandicoot franchise.

Characteristics[edit]

Geary is a robot with a split-personality, and both personalities are obsessed with something. His main personality is obsessed with cleaning, and will clean something at the sight of even one speck of dust. His other personality is fiercely obsessed with winning, bent on proving that only robots can achieve perfection in motion, claiming that he will demolish anyone who tries to prove otherwise on the racetrack. He frequently fluctuates between personalities as seen in his introductory sequence and during the races.

Geary has a stereotypical robot appearance. He has a bronze coating and a port on his chest, which, when needed, can eject a vacuum cleaner, which is used twice by Geary in the game. His eyes are normally green, but when he switches over to his more aggressive state, his eyes change to a red color.

Biography[edit]

Crash Nitro Kart[edit]

Geary first appears in Crash Nitro Kart, as the fourth boss. He is a robot from Teknee. Geary is described by Velo as being the "pinnacle of robotics." Geary is raced on the track Android Alley, where some of his cleaning robots race alongside him. When losing to either teams in adventure mode he is punished by Velo to first clean his trophy vault and them clean the entire coliseum.
