The '''Nitro Squad''' is a group of characters from previous ''Crash Bandicoot'' games that first appears in ''[[Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled]]'', a remake of ''[[Crash Team Racing]]'', following the game update containing the [[Nitro Tour Grand Prix]]. The group is formed by [[Tawna Bandicoot]], [[Ami]], [[Liz]], [[Isabella]], and [[Megumi]]; female anthropomorphic [[wikipedia:Bandicoot|bandicoots]] of different nationalities. Due to the Nitro Squad as a group first appearing in ''Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled'', a racing game, each member is described to be a proficient motorsport racer in the game, because of which every member has a [[wikipedia:Racing suit|racing suit]]-wearing variant that can be played as.
