Warp Rooms, also formatted warp rooms, are locations that serve as hub areas in several of the Crash Bandicoot main series installments. They first appear in Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back. Warp Rooms consist of several portals, each leading to a specific level. Crash Bandicoot can enter a portal to access its levels. Warp Rooms are usually divided into sections, usually with five levels and a boss battle. Defeating the boss unlocks the next section, allowing Crash to access it.

Crash Bash is the only spinoff game that has a Warp Room, which is very similar to the one from Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back except the portals lead to minigames instead of levels.
