Invincibility Mask

The Invincibility Mask is a weapon used in the racing titles Crash Team Racing, Crash Nitro Kart, and Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled. Its effects are very similar to the Star from the Mario Kart series, as it temporarily grants the user invincibility, allows them to travel faster, and knocks out any racers who touch them. The Invincibility Mask used by a racer depends on their affiliation or the team that they are on, generally Aku Aku for the heroes and Uka Uka for the villains. An Invincibility Mask's juiced power-up has a longer duration effect. The Invincibility Mask does not protect its user from falling off the edge, and if this occurs, they even lose their Invincibility Mask prematurely.
