Chick Gizzard Lips or just simply Chick, is a rooster news reporter for XYZ News (a parody of real world news channel ABC News). He is often seen alongside his fellow avian newscaster, Stew. He first appears in Crash Tag Team Racing and returns as the presenter for the CTR TV Grand Prix videos and as a playable character in Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.
Chick’s feathers are light yellow and has red plumage. His outfit is a light blue suit with the XYZ logo on its shirt pocket. Chick always carries a microphone, even when driving.
