Ice caves are underground areas within snowscapes. Like snowscapes, surfaces are often slippery, and the locations may include ice which characters must run, slide, or use Polar. Obstacles and enemies may take advantage of the slippery terrain.

Ice caves

• Tyrannosaurus Wrecks, Crash Tag Team Racing (2005) - This world has forest and volcanic areas, but also includes a snowscape and an ice cave.
• Tire and Ice, Crash Tag Team Racing (2005) - This track is a snowscape, but also includes ice cave and volcanic areas.
• Ice Prison, Crash: Mind over Mutant (2008) - This level also includes a factory area.
