The Gasmoxia Grand Prix was the eighth and final Grand Prix in Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled. It ran from February 20 to March 22, 2020. The Gasmoxia Grand Prix was themed around space and science-fiction. It introduced Emperor Velo to Nitro-Fueled. The new track, Drive-thru Danger, was set on the skyline of Nitros Oxide's home planet, Gasmoxia, and features a fast-food war between Toxic Burger and Nuclear Pizza for planetary domination, sponsored by CTR TV. All the new karts were hover vehicles, and the new Legendary skins were themed around astronauts and space pirates.

• Nitros Oxide interrupts the CTR TV cutscene by glitching the intro. This is the first CTR TV cutscene where Chick and Stew don't appear at all, because of their newfound playability and Nitros Oxide's interruption. Nitros Oxide appears on the title screen for the duration of the Grand Prix despite the new playable character being Emperor Velo.
