- Everyone 10+Crash of the Titans is a game developed by Radical Entertainment and published by Sierra Entertainment for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable (ported by SuperVillain Studios), Wii and Xbox 360. The game also received a Game Boy Advance counterpart and a Nintendo DS counterpart, both of which were developed by Amaze Entertainment. Crash of the Titans was released in October 2007, and its title is a pun on the film, Clash of the Titans. It is the first Crash Bandicoot game that was not released in Japan. In 2008, the game received a sequel, Crash: Mind Over Mutant.
The game's story is centered on Mojo, a substance which Doctor Neo Cortex and his niece Nina harvest to turn the inhabitants of the Wumpa Islands into an army of mutants named Titans. Crash Bandicoot and Aku Aku go on an adventure to stop them, and along the way, they utilize a technique called jacking to take control of and destroy the Titans.
Crash of the Titans features hack and slash gameplay, a departure from previous Crash Bandicoot titles. This gameplay is also featured in the game's sequel, Crash: Mind over Mutant.
